Prenatal appointments help you prepare with birth planning, labor education, and postpartum support so you feel ready for the transition ahead. When labor begins, I’ll be by your side, providing comfort measures, encouraging self-advocacy, and guidance through every stage. 

After birth, postpartum visits focus on newborn care, your mental health, and setting up the support you need to thrive. 

But care doesn’t end after our last postpartum appointment—virtual support is available at no cost for the first year. No one should have to navigate this journey alone.
