Doula Care service at Wild Wonder Doula is designed to provide families with professional support and peace of mind during the day or at night. one 3 hour session $150 Or choose a high-value bundle package below! 24-Hour $960 48-Hour $1,824 72-Hour $2,592 96-Hour $3,360 Together, we will set up a schedule that works for you. Overnight sessions are a minimum of 6 hours, and daytime sessions are a minimum of 3 hours. Wild Wonders Doula delivers personalized care, built-in check-ins, support for self-care and mood, house keeping, meal prep, and infant care. We also offer weekly and bi-weekly payment plans that can align with your needs. 💁♀️Personalized Care: Tailored to meet the unique needs of your family, ensuring a personalized and supportive experience. 📞 Weekly virtual Check-Ins: We will chat over phone or video at a regularly scheduled time to check in once per week. This does not count against your purchased hours! 🫂 Self-Care Support: Self-care isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity, especially now. We’ll teach you effective ways to take care of yourself daily and help you shed any guilt about it! 🧠 Mood Disorder Support: Receive coping skills training in home, and support in setting up professional therapy or medical services to help you navigate postpartum mood changes with confidence and care. 🧹 Light Housekeeping: From surfaces and dishes to laundry, we’ve got it covered. Having a stockpile of freezer meals ready to heat up will ensure you are fed, and create more time for what matters; your mental health and baby bonding. 👶 Infant care: Rest and recovery are crucial for a new moms' wellbeing and mental health. Let's face it, baby is going to wake up every 2 to 3 hours to eat and that's exhausting. In fact, it's a major contributor to postpartum mood disorders. Imagine waking up to nurse the baby, and being able to go right back to sleep while we burp, change, and get bub's back to sleep. Planning to use formula? Cancellation Policy
a $600 non-refundable deposit is required to book services. Payment arrangements for the full balance are made in writing to include payment amount and expected dates. Packages must be paid in full prior to the end of the 12 month period, or within 30 days of when the last session is scheduled Clients have 12 months from the date of purchase to utilize the hours included in the selected package. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will not be deducted from the package. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session will result in a deduction of the scheduled hours from the selected package. Exception made for sickness. You must cancel if you or anyone in your home is experiencing sickness. Should we show up and discover sickness, we will leave immediately, and a minimum of 2 hours will be deducted from your total hour allotment. Refunds: If a client cancels the package within 30 days of purchase and has not used any hours, they are eligible for a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. If hours have been used, the refund will be prorated based on the number of hours used, minus an administrative fee of 10% of the total package cost. After 30 days of commencement date, no refunds will be provided, but the client may still utilize the remaining hours within the 12-month period. Any unused hours at the end of the 12-month period will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Hours are non-transferable and must be used by the original client for the original birth in which the package was purchased for. Clients may reschedule sessions without penalty if done more than 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours of a scheduled session will result in a minimum 2 hour deduction of the originally scheduled hours from the package. By purchasing this package, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
