However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping, a mistake in your customization, or a defect in craftsmanship—please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right.

If your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [your email] with photos and a description of the issue.

In most cases, we can offer a free repair or remake (you may be asked to send the original piece back).

If the damage is due to misuse or improper care, we may offer a repair service for a small fee.

Ship at least 1 ounce of frozen milk to the address which was sent to your email.

Double bag the milk

Any additional milk sent will be discard unless you specifically ask for it to be returned.

Any unused milk powder wil be sent back to you with your jewelry.

You are responsible for shipping costs

Please let us know when you have shipping your milk to ensure fastest processing times.

Estimated Turnaround Time:

Our typical turnaround window ranges from 1 week to 45 days.

This includes order processing, sourcing materials, production, and packaging.

Factors That Affect Turnaround Time:

Rings and select items: These are ordered from our supplier upon purchase. Their shipping timelines directly impact how quickly we can begin crafting your piece.

In-house mold jewelry: If your piece can be made using molds we already have on hand, the turnaround time will be significantly shorter.

Custom Orders:

Unique customizations or design alterations may extend the turnaround period.

We'll always communicate clearly with you if your order falls on the longer end of the timeline.
