Not sure what questions to even ask? Here we've put together some of our most often asked questions + other important info we think you need to know. 

Do I need a Doula?

No. Having a Doula is optional and highly recommended. They can provide house keeping services, mental health support, baby care, and evidence-based information about the changes you're experiencing, baby care and more. 

Why you?

I am experienced in childbirth, I am well educated, and I am empathetic. I am willing to push you to be an active participant in your labor and postpartum. I provide the necessary tools and information you need to navigate labor & postpartum effectively. I help you sign up for resources that will be helpful for you. I don't just come in for the basics and let you be. I am available to you via text and phone throughout our relationship. Need more reasons? Give me a call!

Do you take payments?

Yes! I take regularly scheduled payments to occur at intervals you choose; weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. 

Simple pay a deposit and set a schedule for payments. 

Are you certified?

Yes. I am certified through BEST. Doula's however do not need to be certified or classically trained. A doula  must be compassionate, patient, and have the ability to advocate for you without fighting your battles. 

Are you Christian?

No, I am not a person of faith, and still I am happy to support any person, regardless of their belief system.

Do you Support LGBTQIA+ and other alternative families?

Yes! I am a member of the vibrant LGBTQIA+ community. I am happy to support any family with any gender or sexual orientations they are.  It makes no difference if it's a mom, dad, or mopa giving birth just be upfront and honest.  You deserve what you want and need; in this case it's a happy, healthy and supported birth and postpartum period. You are worthy of being supported in your own authentic self!
